The Lake Zurich Baseball & Softball Association offers Winter Indoor Training Academy sessions for youth players of both Baseball and Softball ages 7-14. 

The goal of the Training Academy is to get players ready for the upcoming Spring Baseball and Softball seasons.

• Sessions are run by LZBSA board members, House League Coaches, and Grizzlies Part-Time Travel Coaches. 
• Sessions are typically 4 weeks long and start in late January.
