LZBSA and Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) for Parents

All parents, Rookie League through Travel, are required to attend LZBSA’s Positive Coaching Alliance meeting and presentation. Baseball and softball managers, coaches, and assistants are using PCA guiding principles and it’s important for parents to understand how critical your role is in the development of your player athlete.  This fundamental approach to development is currently being used by the Lake Zurich High School to enhance all sports programs and create better athletes.

PCA Positive Sports Parent Presentation

WHERE:  Ela Township Office, 1155 E. Main St, Lake Zurich

If you cannot make the parent meeting, you can attend the coaches meeting.

All baseball and softball coaches are required to attend!

PCA Positive Sports Coaches Presentation

Required for 2019 even if you attended in 2018.

The Positive Athlete strives to improve him or herself, teammates and the sport as a whole.
