FAQs:

Do all players that try out make a team? Depending on the number of players that try out, not all players may be selected for a team. Teams are meant to be competitive, while ensuring all players have ample playing opportunity.

What is the time commitment? Teams will practice as time permits prior to the end of the House season, through the end of June.  From early July, teams will continue to practice and play in tournaments. Tournament games can start as early as Wednesday or Thursday night, and can go through Sunday. Weekday games are at night, but several games are usually scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays.

What if my player can't make a tournament? If your player can't make one tournament that does not necessarily preclude them from post-season play.  But it may be a factor managers consider when selecting teams.

What if we can't make evaluations? We strongly encourage your player to attend evaluations if they are interested in playing.  Teams will be selected and finalized within days of the evaluation date.  If your player absolutely cannot be available, please contact Jeremy Freeland - Jeremy@lzbsa.org.
