LZBSA Board of Directors
The Lake Zurich Baseball and Softball Association board is comprised of parents, coaches and professionals.
Board members have been nominated, interviewed and voted upon. This process occurs once per year and those interested in serving on the board, in any capacity, may submit their name for consideration.
Unless otherwise noted, the Board meets the 1st Thursday of every month at 7:30 p.m. All visitors wishing to address the Board must be added to the agenda prior to the meeting by contacting the Secretary.
LZBSA mission:
- Identify, recruit and retain the best volunteer coaches to provide a quality experience for both the players and parents
- Provide players with a quality learning experience, proper instruction for playing the game, high-quality equipment and facilities to ensure the safest playing environment possible
- Ensure each player realizes their personal potential within a positive team environment
- Promote positive family involvement in the LZBSA experience
- Prepare each player within their individual potential to compete at the next level of baseball/softball
