LZBSA's baseball and softball mission:

• Identify, recruit and retain the best volunteer coaches possible to provide a quality experience for both the players and parents
• Provide players with a quality learning experience, proper instruction for playing the game, high-quality equipment and facilities to ensure the safest playing environment possible
• Ensure each player realizes their personal potential within a positive team environment
• Promote positive family involvement in the LZBSA experience
• Prepare each player within their individual potential to compete at the next level of baseball/softball
