At Homerun Sports and Fitness

Scheduled times for each age levels will be as follows:

12:30-1:45pm           13u/14u (7-8th grade)
1:45pm –3:30pm      11u/12u (5-6th grade)
3:30pm- 4:45pm       10u (4th grade)

We are again offering an opportunity for LZBSA 4th through 8th graders to play part time LZBSA travel (North 60).  The players MUST play in the In-House league but will also have the opportunity to practice and play games with the part time team during the normal LZBSA in-house season.  The games will be against other towns that will also have all star caliber players.

Highlights for the part time team are as follows:

·         Cost is Low vs. full time travel.

·         Game are local (potential participating teams: Gurnee, Grayslake, Barrington, Palatine).

·         10 extra games played vs. all star caliber players (est based on 2011 participating teams – may change for 2012).

·         Opportunity for “travel” baseball but can go on vacation/other sports when LZBSA season is over (est. July 1) and not play post season travel.

·         Expanded rosters in case of in-house team commitments/sick/vacations.

NOTE:  If you are interested in managing one of these teams, please submit a letter in writing to Stan Kozlowski, Stan@lzbsa.org   (Subject: Boys Part Time Travel).  Also, if you are chosen to manage one of these teams you will not be able to manage (coaching is fine) during the normal LZBSA season without approval from the LZBSA Board.
