· Determine number of managers needed and how many to recruit

o        How things work for new people.

o        Evaluations scoring and secure help needed to run evaluations.

· Hold evaluations

· Decide draft approach

· Equipment pick up

· Hold coaches clinics

· Review potential rule changes

· Go over Sample Season Practice Plans with managers

· Organize LZHS player clinic

· Schedule practice fields, later schedule game fields

· Meet with towns involved in fall ball and lay out the ground work
