2013 Cougar Teams Announced
The 2013 Cougar full time travel baseball teams have been announced. A big thanks to all of the boys that attended the 2012 Cougar Tryouts. We had 162 players that tried out for a total of 84 postions. The selection committee used information from tryouts, in-game statistics, manager feedback as well as positional needs to make team selection. After lengthy deliberations, involving the travel managers, travel president, Vice-Comissioner of Boys Baseball and the applicable house league president, the committee had to make difficult decisions to select the teams. For those boys that were not selected, there are other opportunites to play quality, competitive basebal within LZBSAl such as our Part-Time Travel and House baseball programs for 2013 and hope to see everyone at next year's Cougar Tryouts.
