2010 FALL BALL INFORMATION

Lake Zurich Baseball and Softball will again be offering fall ball this year to the leagues listed below.  Single games will be played on Sundays only; girls beginning August 29^th and the boys, September 12^th.  All leagues will finish by October 24^th.  All ballplayers will be registered in the same league they played in the spring (with the exception of travel players).  Be sure to complete this information in the upper left corner of the application (the upper right corner will be completed by LZBSA).

ALL COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORMS FOR FALL BALL MUST BE POST MARKED BY AUGUST 14TH TO ASSURE A SPOT ON A TEAM.  MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO LZBSA IN THE AMOUNT OF $70 AND MAIL TO P.O. BOX 411, LAKE ZURICH, IL  60047.
